About
Discover Your Racing Mind A 7-day motocross discovery programme for young racers. You spend time learning how to ride your motorcycle. But how much time do you spend understanding what happens in your mind when it’s time to race? Discover Your Racing Mind helps young motocross riders explore what makes riding enjoyable, what they think and feel before racing, how competition changes their decisions, and what happens when things don’t go to plan. Across seven short lessons, riders will explore: * What motivates them and makes riding enjoyable. * Their thoughts as race day approaches. * The signals their body gives them. * The differences between practice and racing. * How they respond to mistakes and setbacks. * The support they need from parents and coaches. * How to build their own Racing Mind Map. There’s also a bonus lesson exploring five Competition Mindsets and a downloadable Racing Mind Playbook, containing the lessons, practical advice and worksheets to use at the track. No scores. No right or wrong answers. No pressure to be someone you’re not. This isn’t a test of how mentally strong you are. It’s an opportunity to understand yourself better as a racer and discover small things that could help you develop.
