Service Description
Some riders and families are serious about progressing toward elite competition but are unsure how the pathway should be structured. This session examines the rider’s current training environment, competition calendar and long-term goals. The objective is clarity. To understand what reaching EMX, SMX or professional competition actually requires before committing to deeper performance work.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy for Training Plans and Sessions: 1. Bike Breakdown or Injury: If a bike breakdown or injury occurs before the day of training, the session can be rescheduled at no extra cost, provided notice is given as soon as possible. On the day it is your responsibility to have a fully operational and safe bike for the rider to take part. We do not offer refunds or reschedule a session once training has begun. 2. Cancellations Less Than 24 Hours: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session will incur a 50% charge of the session fee. cancellations made 24 hours cannot be rescheduled and you will forfeit your booking as a late notice impact. For us to run low numbers this can prove difficult if not impossible to fill your spot at such short notice. Exceptions may be made for emergencies at the discretion of the coach. If you have only paid a deposit it will be taken as payment for cancellation and you could be billed the total amount even if you don't attend. 3. Rescheduling: Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. 4. If weather doesn’t allow session to run we will reschedule for next available date. We have allowed Thursdays as a back up day in case of bad weather. We do not offer refunds on training.
